Following on from the announcement that The English Soap Company has been shortlisted at this year’s Rural Business Awards (East Region), we have just received notification that Managing Director Oliver Butts has been named a finalist in the Made in the UK Award category at the 2021 Great British Entrepreneur Awards (South East region).
This is part of our continuing strategy to raise the company's profile through business awards. Working in tandem with Oliver and his team, we research, write and submit their applications, before promoting their successes.
Launched in 2012, the Great British Entrepreneur Awards create a platform that celebrates and champions the entrepreneurs behind successful and vibrant businesses. Currently, they are hoping to hold an in-person presentation in September to announce the winners.
Christina May Ltd. and The English Soap Company are based in Waldron, near Heathfield. Founded in 2000, they now manufacture over five million soap bars every year.
